Overview
To equip participants with a sound understanding of the methods used to write and make finely crafted speeches. You will gain an insight into the tricks and techniques that make a great speech, both in its content and its delivery. The programme tutor, Greg Power was a former senior government adviser to Rt Hon Robin Cook MP and Rt Hon Peter Hain MP. He still advises several ministers on speeches and policy matters. After the 2005 general election he set up his own organisation, Global Partners, which acts as a consultancy on issues of democracy and good governance in countries seeking to strengthen their political institutions.
